In contexts of high pressure, uncertainty, and constant responsibility, leaders are challenged not only cognitively, but also emotionally. Leadership is often associated with rational decisions and strategic thinking, both of which are possible only through access to a functional neocortex — the area responsible for clarity, empathy, and decision-making, which depends on the capacity for emotional regulation. This practical workshop aims to provide managers and leaders with tools to manage their emotional reactions more effectively, increase their stress tolerance, and remain connected, present, and functional even in difficult situations. The workshop is experiential and practice-oriented, so that participants leave with concrete tools, not just information.
